Introduction

Argyll Green Woodworkers Association (AGWA) is a membership organisation, and a registered charity, established in 1994.

AGWA's Aims are to:

•  Encourage interest in woodland skills

•  Research woodland history and ecology

•  Bring native woodlands into sensitive management

•  Co-ordinate woodworking demonstration & training

•  Stimulate the use of local timbers (from green pole to seasoned plank)
