The Turner
Until recently my wife and I owned a gallery on the Isle of Wight with enough picture framing and restoration work to keep us busy till the wee hours. I got the woodturning bug about four years ago and was lucky enough to be able to sell most of what I made, mainly through the gallery but also to other shops on the island.
Last year we decided to sell our house and the gallery and move back to Scotland. We bought a plot of land in Kilmichael Glen and are now building our own house together with a small craft gallery, tea room and a couple of holiday cottages.
